The sales representative is a professional sales position, requiring the person to establish strong, long-lasting customer relationships. They must assist and help determine customer needs for equipment; resolve customer or product issues; address the customer complaints or concerns; and resolve problems with acceptable solutions.... The technicians must be able to install and maintain complex security systems, multi-media systems, including fire, cameras, managed/access control and other high end systems. Our company installs all equipment and software upgrades as they are released to insure systems are kept current with the manufacturer as they become available. The technician must also conduct semi-annual preventive maintenance, inspection, and test all components of the system, including but not limited to batteries, connections, covers, and switches. They must also conduct function checks of all equipment, including cleaning or replacing of components to include field devices. Also, the duties of the technicians are to perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems including Fire, Intrusion Access Control, and Closed-circuit Television (CCTV), while performing diagnostics of all major systems on a monthly basis while submitting written reports.


  • Have 4 years of experience in commercial access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Have knowledge with and be certified in access control products and video management systems.
  • Able to work independently and troubleshoot problems to our customer's satisfaction.
  • Be eligible for a security clearance.
  • Have a high school diploma, GED. Or equivalent.
  • Trade school graduate in electronics is preferred.
  • Are familiar with industry standards and low voltage wiring.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Have knowledge and practical experience with Internet and networking commercial systems.
  • Able to work well with others, and on teams.
  • Have the ability to climb a ladder.
  • Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

The dispatch operator ensures client satisfaction and profitable sales growth through performing day-to-day alarm monitoring operations consistent with Company and department policies and procedures. They will provide input to and comply with Central Station department operating procedures, for answering signals presented to them on the monitoring system. The operator must accurately and efficiently verify and interpret the information provided, and take appropriate action. The operators must also answer all incoming telephone calls that the company receives, while assisting clients and other employees with information concerning the alarms and client accounts. The dispatch operator will handle any and all electronic transmissions; and assist with office administrative tasks such as filing, sorting, folding, stamping and mailing. All operators must be knowledgeable in the software system and the workings of the central station database which includes database maintenance, entries, and problem detection. They must be knowledgeable with all central station equipment use and maintenance, while having a basic understanding of panel programming and help make most changes required. The dispatch operator will ensure client and internal customer satisfaction alarm monitoring and related support, with quality alarm monitoring call responses. All operators must be willing to work as part of a team which models team behavior, towards the related goals, and budget targets on a monthly basis..
